Monday January 3

A new year, a fresh start.

I really need a fresh start now! After a weekend of over-indulging, I stepped on the scale today. I wasn't going to, but did anyway. After 3 cups of coffee I weighed in at the dreaded 140 lbs.

Here's how I'll get back on track this week:

1. Throw out the cupcakes! I bought a babycakes maker and went crazy making treats for NYE. I can't resist the chocolate cupcakes with strawberry filling. So rather than continuing to tempt me, they must go.

2. Walk the dog and do a little Wii Fit Plus daily.

3. Drink lots of water.

4. Track my calories on SparkPeople.com
