Jungle Kitty

I took my hound dog for a short walk yesterday. Walks are great when I need to re-focus. When we returned, I saw the cat lounging in the neighbor's creeping myrtle!

This is CC. Many of you see him on my Facebook pages. He's a lounger, a cuddle-bug, and he loves the heat.

After 12"of heavy snowfall on Sunday, nearly 2 hours of shoveling on Monday, the skies cleared and the sun shone all day Tuesday. CC the cat loves to lay in the sun and found this warm spot on my studio floor. He's a big boy but casts a cool shadow!

Who really makes the jewelry?

Really, I do make the jewelry!

Here I am attaching a jump ring to a chain. I finish all my necklaces with a jump ring so the charms won't come off.

See that black cross hanging low? It's for my hubby. In the 8+ years we've been married, he's never worn jewelry. Not even a watch or a wedding band. So I was surprised when he asked me to find a charm for him and he liked this one. None of my sterling chains were right, too feminine I guess. I ordered some surgical steel chain and it looks great. Could he be onto something here? Should I make jewelry for men? Something to think about.
